General Terms and Conditions
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to orders placed via this website in the version valid at the time of the order.
The seller of all goods ordered via this website is Caroline Bono-Hörler (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”).
Orders placed with resellers who also distribute “Allein gegen Goliath” are excluded from these GTC; their respective GTC apply.
Prices, Descriptions, Deadlines
“Allein gegen Goliath” is only delivered within Switzerland by the Seller, and the price in Swiss Francs (CHF) includes VAT but does not cover shipping and material costs, which are charged in addition to the sale price.
All prices, descriptions, and release dates stated on this website are subject to change and errors at any time.
Conclusion and Fulfillment of the Contract
The purchase contract (contract) is deemed concluded upon receipt of the order by email by the Seller or upon confirmation of the order by the customer. The contract is considered fulfilled by the Seller upon shipment of the goods or handover to Swiss Post.
Availability of the desired item is subject to change and only guaranteed while stocks last. The Seller reserves the right to reject and not process orders without further justification.
Shipping, Delivery Time
The goods are shipped properly packaged via post or courier service at the customer’s risk.
The standard delivery time is 2–6 business days for shipments within Switzerland. For international deliveries, the Seller can be contacted via the contact form to arrange a separate shipping agreement.
No guarantee is given for adherence to delivery times.
Payment
Orders from customers with a billing address in Switzerland must be paid in advance via credit card or PayPal account.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled at any time, and already delivered goods can be returned within 10 days of receipt at the customer’s cost and risk. The return must include a printed copy of the Seller’s order confirmation.
Returns must be sent to the address from which the goods were delivered. The sender’s address on the package or delivery note is decisive.
Refunds for returned goods are exclusively made to a bank or postal account in Switzerland or as a credit to the credit card or PayPal account used by the customer for payment.
Defects, Incorrect Deliveries
Defective goods (e.g., due to manufacturing errors or damage) and incorrect deliveries will be exchanged at no additional cost to the customer, and the return shipping costs will be refunded. The return must include a printed copy of the Seller’s order confirmation, stating the reason for the return.
Returns of defective or incorrectly delivered goods must be sent to the address from which the goods were delivered. The sender’s address on the package or delivery note is decisive.
Refunds due to exchanges or returns for manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries are exclusively made to a bank or postal account in Switzerland or as a credit to the credit card or PayPal account used by the customer for payment.
Undeliverable Shipments
Costs incurred by the Seller due to undeliverability, such as refusal of acceptance or failure to collect the package from a designated pick-up location, may be deducted from the refund of the purchase price or charged additionally upon re-delivery.
Applicable Law, Jurisdiction
Contracts concluded via this website are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the District Court of Uster, Switzerland.
